With locations in Benfleet, Battlesbridge, and Chelmsford, we are a small, customer-focused business dedicated to providing high-quality flooring solutions across Essex. We pride ourselves on a personal touch, attention to detail, and delivering great results for our clients.

The Role:
As a Trainee Estimator, your responsibilities will include:

• Visiting customers’ homes across Essex to measure for flooring installation
• Assisting showroom managers with daily operations
• Producing accurate and professional quotes for customers
• Managing inventory and sourcing materials efficiently
• Learning all aspects of the flooring industry with full, extensive training provided

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn
• Some experience in the flooring, home improvements, or related industry is helpful but not essential as full training will be given
• A practical, proactive mindset
• Flexibility with a team player approach
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, confidence and a positive attitude
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Full UK driving licence
